Product Description

Machine Function
High Speed automatic layup machine is designed to simplify the high efficiency model production. The machine picks up the string cells from the stringer and paces them on the glass, and make sure high precise alignment. It support the full cell, half cut cell and MBB cell panels.
  1. Receive the string cells from the stringer machine.
  2. Pick up string cells and put it into the positioning place.
  3. Alignment the string cells.
  4. Receive the online glass and EVA materials.
  5. Calibrate the glass
  6. Pick up the string cell from the positioning place.
  7. Lay up the string cells accurately on the glass EVA materials according to the positive and negative polarity
  8. Output after layup.
