Machine Function:


Separating the String Cell from the glass, use grip to lift cell strings to a certain height, then weld the panel busbar in the front, middle and tail simultaneously. Roll feeding bus bar can bend U and L type upwards. It can drilling hole in busbar, can be turned off this function.

Cell Specification

Standard optional one type from 166/182/210 mm cell, the main busbar distance is provided by the customer (5BB-20BB). More cell jigs need extra cost.(Future can paid to upgraded to other different cell types. The change of the main busbar of the same size cell needs to be replaced, and the soldering head and base plate need to be replaced for other 156mm-170mm, 180mm, 185mm, 210mm, 230mm Cell, and other hardware needs to be adjusted.)


Function: Adopt the method of separating the cell string from the glass, and grab the cell string in the air, then to interconnected solder the head, middle and tail bus bar of the middle wire edition module at a certain height. It has the function of rolling bus belt supply, upward bending U, L-shaped lead wire and U, L-shaped bus end punching function.
